This is the BEST homemade no-bake cheesecake I have ever had. It's always gone at the end of potlucks.
1 pkg graham crackers
1/4 c butter, melted
1 T sugar
Mix together and bake 10 min at 350.
1 c whipping cream
1 c powdered sugar
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 can cherry pie filling
Whip the whipping cream until it thickens. Add in powdered sugar, and cream cheese. spread over cooled crust. Top with 1 can cherry pie filling.
This is a collection of my favorite recipes from growing up, family, friends, and from my favorite magazines and websites. Some are tried and true, and some are still on my to-do list.

Homemade Gummy Candy
Step-by-step instructions with pictures available HERE
2-3 oz boxes of Jell-o
3 packets of plain gelatin (there are four in a box)
2/3 cup water
candy molds*
FIRST- Pour the water into a medium-large sauce pan. Sprinkle the gelatin and Jell-O over the water. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
Then put the saucepan on the stove. Heat to boiling on medium high heat Stir constantly and keep on heat until the gelatin and Jell-O dissolve. 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool for a minute.
Then transfer the mixture into a container that you can pour from. Then start the careful, meticulous pouring...this part is not for the kiddos...well either is the stove part, but I figure you all would know that.

You do not need to prepare the molds at all. The candy will come out fine without it Let the candy set for at 20-30 minutes.
Then to get the candy out you need to use one finger, it will stick to it a little, then pull down and back gently. The candy should kind of peel out of the mold. Be careful to not roll the candy down on itself because it will stick.
Lay the candy out on a sheet of wax paper. The candy will be stickier in the very beginning. In a couple hours it will be much less sticky.

You can eat some right then and there or you can store it in a rubbermaid container. Like I said earlier, we put ours in the fridge.

Homemade Twix Bars
Better Than Twix Bars...recipe found HERE
1 stick (4 ounces) butter, at room temperature
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flour
10 ounces caramels, unwrapped (I used 35 Brach's Milk Maid Caramels)
1 tablespoon, plus 1 1/2 teaspoons heavy cream
8 ounces milk chocolate
1 1/2 teaspoons vegetable shortening (I used vegetable oil), optional
Preheat oven to 300ยบ. Line 8 x 8 inch pan with nonstick foil or greased regular foil.
Beat together butter, sugar and vanilla. Add the flour. Press evenly into pan...you may need to flour your fingers to prevent sticking. Prick crust with fork. Bake 35-45 minutes till crust is golden.
Immediately after removing crust from oven, run knife around edges to loosen crust. Cool completely.
Melt caramel and cream gently in microwave or in saucepan over low heat till smooth. Pour over cooled crust and chill for 30 minutes.
Gently melt chocolate in microwave or in double boiler over low heat. Add shortening or oil if too thick to pour. Pour over chilled caramel and spread to edges. Chill till chocolate is well set. Cut into squares to serve. Store covered in refrigerator, but remove a few minutes before serving.

Angel Food Kabobs
I posted this to Pintrest and it has already been re-pinned 3,695 times. And they taste amazing!
1 Box Angel Food cake mix
1 lb fresh strawberries
Chocolate for drizzling (any kind you'd like. Milk, dark, or even white chocolate!)
Chocolate is optional. Last time I didn't put chocolate on them and they were still amazing!
Bake Angel Food cake in 2 loaf pans as directed on box. Rinse and slice strawberries into big chunks. After cake has cooled, slice into 1 inch thick slices, and cut each slice into 6 pieces. Put on a kabob stick alternating cake and strawberries.
To top with chocolate, melt chocolate of choice in a microwaveable bowl. Pour melted chocolate into a ziplock baggie and cut the tip off. Use the bag to drizzle chocolate over the kabobs.
You could also try brownie bites instead of angel food cake.

Ramen Noodle Salad
2 pkgs Ramen Noodles (Chicken or Beef) Crunched up
1 bag or bowl of cabbage chopped
Green Onions (Optional)
Nuts- I usually use sunflower seeds, or you can use sliced almonds, or you don't have to use any!
Sauce:
1/3 c Vinegar
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c oil
2 pkgs of seasoning from Ramen noodles
Mix sauce together and pour over salad. For crunchier noodles, add dressing up to 15 minutes before serving. For softer noodles, add dressing an hour ahead of time or more.
Enjoy! This is one of my favorites!

Again, no recipe, but CUTE idea. Strawberry cake with chocolate chips baked in. Pink frosting sprinkled with chocolate chips, and green frosting on the edges with green jelly beans stuck on. Love it!
