Peanut Butter Rolo Cookies

• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 cup shortening
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 2 eggs
• 2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 (13 ounce) package Rolo chocolates

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients together except rolo’s.
2. When dough is mixed well, take a small amount, flatten out in hand, place rolo in middle and wrap dough around the rolo to form a ball.
3. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 12 minutes, or until cookie has flattened and rolo has melted.
