1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, minced
2 T Flour
2 T Brown Sugar
1 t Onion salt
1/4 t Chili Powder
2 T Mustard
1/2 C Ketchup
2 T Vinegar
1/2 t salt
1/2 C Tomato Juice (Or just add a little more ketchup)
In skillet, brown the meat and cook onions together. Add additional ingredients and simmer until starts to thicken. Serve on toasted buns.
