Scalloped Corn

1 box Jiffy cornmeal mix
1/2 stick marg
1 can cream corn
1 can regular corn, drained
2 eggs
1 small carton sour cream (8 oz)
up to 2 c Cheddar (Optional, sometimes I use it, sometimes I don't...Not pictured above)

Mix all ingredient (except cheese) together and pour into greased 9x13 pan.  Top with cheese.  Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
