1 can chili (with or without beans)
1/2 c cheddar cheese
2 T cilantro (optional)
Spread cream cheese onto bottom of microwaveable pie plate. Top with chili and cheese. Microwave for 45-60 seconds, or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve with crackers.
