6 mini bagels, split, toasted
1/4 cup pizza sauce
3/4 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Mini pepperonis or ground sausage (optional)
HEAT broiler.
SPREAD cut sides of bagels with sauce; top with cheese.
BROIL, 6 inches from heat, 2 to 3 min. or until cheese is melted.

Minis are always so tasty and make me ask for more. Through the years, I have allowed various bagel recipes to enter my list but some of them I’ve recently taken out since they did not give me much of an inviting feel. This recipe, however, doesn’t just have the look, but it surely has the ingredient! I go to my trusted restaurant Fort Lauderdale for bagels but trying out new ways to prepare them is interesting as well. Thanks a lot for posting. Rest assured that this will be part of my portfolio too.
